SonicPush is platform agnostic & bridges that gap, turning raw ticketing exports into properly formatted, deduplicated records ready for segmentation, automation, and personalisation.

Profile resolution runs automatically, catching duplicate contacts across sources before they populate the END-POINT. Field mapping tools let you align your ticketing data to any target schema without writing a line of code.
